Biosmod for HD3870 DDR3 version

Can someone help me.

Just bought one powercolor hd3870 " ddr3 " 512mb from ebay.
It´s seem like the 862 lock is still there on this memory version. Does anyone have same card with ddr3 and a new bios ??

Or do u think this bios from techpowerup has removed the lock up ??
