What drivers?

Hi there!!

Just wanted your input in graphic drivers...is it necessary to use BOTH the Nvidia display drivers and the card suppliers drivers or is it ok to just use Nvidia Forceware's?

I have a new card coming today so wanted to know.

Currently i'm using a Leadtek 7800gt, but the card in my sig should arrive today.

Atleast i hope so.

Currently i only have the forceware 169.~ (i don't remember what, but can check when i get home) installed and atleast the 2d seems to be working allright.

I haven't tried any 3d intensive app yet, but i was just wondering if should install
the Leadtek drivers or the Asus ones at all.

No your not losing your mind i did infact change the sig after the first post.

Sadly the card didn't arrive today.:( :( So the sig ain't correct atm.

they are the same but most of the time the cd that comes with the card has some extra software that might be usefull
