Does it matter which kind of elbow or T is used in a line? I am not sure if I want to use Danger Den Derlin elbows and T's or plastic ones. If one gives better flow over the other one I will go that way. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Martin's elbows give the most flow. So yes, the type of elbow does matter.

You can also get elbows and T fittings in a local store from the PEX tubing hardware. They are nicely done in brass and not much more restrictive than the Martinm210's stuff ;)
