Not unless it was the only thing in the Shuttle case!

I highly doubt it, you won't have enough clearance (assuming you get it to fit) for all the cables and what not, and if you do, you won't get any airflow, therefore causing your other components to overheat defeating the purpose of getting a true. Try something like a coolermaster geminii, much cheaper, works well, lot less clearance needed and it cools your vrm and ram too

You can get a Tuniq Tower in a shuttle if you take out the drive bay

Might want to consider the Ultima-90. Whole lot smaller than the Tuniq or TRUE, and more or less as good as the Tuniq if used with the right fan.

My concern with the Ultima-90/Ultra-90 is that it's still pretty tall. If you want to go Thermalright heatpipe, the XP-90 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835109119) works great and is much more compact, vertically, than the other one. Dimensions are 116 x 96 x 75mm, which should fit without removing the drive bay.
I don't think there's a snowball's chance in hell that a GeminII is going to fit in a regular Shuttle case. Dimensions are 175 x 124.6 x 81.5mm.

Haha wow, I can't believe the XP-90 is still considered a decent heatsink. I remember rocking one with my naked single core 939 chips, until I went water. It was great back then.
You may want to look at the Silverstone Nitrogon NT06, it's pretty low profile. The Enzotech UltraX may fit too.
