AMD X2 + Thermal Paste

Hi.

What's the best way to apply the thermal paste on a AMD X2 BE-2350?
Some say to just put a small amount at the center and have the heatsink itself spread. Others say to spread it with someting to make it very thin.

It's my first AMD CPU, so I don't know wahts the best way...

There are as many ways of applying the paste as many users do it :P
But seriously, it's just like with Intel chips, the way stays the same, so if you have any experience with Intel chips, base on it. If not... I'd recommend placing small amount of paste at centre of the chip and let the heatsink do the rest.
