Looking for a good online or retail B&M source for insulation materials, most notably, sheet neoprene like:
http://www.bruinhoopreport.com/aerotape_pic (http://www.aeroflexusa.com/aerotape.html)
and
http://www.bruinhoopreport.com/everseal_pic1.gif (http://www.aeroflexusa.com/everseal.html)
Home Depot has the wrap-around pipe insulation:
http://www.aeroflexusa.com/images/aerocel_sspt/aerocel_sspt.gif (http://www.aeroflexusa.com/aerocel_sspt.html)
But finding the sheet/tape neoprene insulation is hard. :help:

OMG, I just realized that McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/) has an outlet driving distance from my house (will call pick up)! They have everything I need: Thermal insulation wrap (Polyethylene) (http://www.mcmaster.com/asp/framework.asp?ReqTyp=CATALOG&CtlgPgNbr=3225&CtlgEdition=) (rated -160° to +200°, Heat Flow Rate: 0.25 Btu/hr) and that spray foam (http://www.mcmaster.com/asp/framework.asp?ReqTyp=CATALOG&CtlgPgNbr=3227&CtlgEdition=) stuff (-200° to +200° F Heat Flow Rate: 0.20 Btu/hr) that Bowman (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=368) uses.
They even have some high-quality Tygon (http://www.mcmaster.com/asp/framework.asp?ReqTyp=CATALOG&CtlgPgNbr=87&CtlgEdition=&RelatedCtlgPgs=83,84,85,86,87,100&ToolsetID=ToolMultiPageNav), decent prices.
This company has amazing inventory. You could build a space shuttle from their parts.
Nice.:D
