I was checking into buying a IFX-14 Cooler for my new build but am nervous about if it will fit or not, the case i mentioned above is a mid tower case.
The dimensions are as follows:
20.7 height
8.3 width
19.3 length
I was wondering if anyone with a mid tower has one of these coolers and or if anyone thinks it should fit into this case, don't want to order one and it not fit
I seen where they did a review on it with a antec sonata II case and it fit into that and my dimensions are basically the same.
Also what fan if it does fit would anyone recommend for me to buy as well for it?? I am looking for a nice quiet fan and that can push some air of course.
I chose this case because it is a mid tower, it has sound dampening inside the case to keep it quiet and well designed for what i need.
I plan on putting a EVGA 780i motherboard in this case, 2 8800gts cards with coolers, also silent power psu for it as well 750 watt.
My main goal is to get a powerful system that is air and not be loud at all, as quiet as possible, GF might get uptight otherwise :ROTF:
Any recommendations on the fan for this cooler would be great, i heard of the noctua p-12 fan??
I hope this cooler will work,so anyone please let me know if you think it will or if you have a mid tower that you have one in, at least i can look up your dimensions.
