hi, I recently built my first mid/high-end rig, and since it's the first time I overclock anything I was wondering what can happen to my cpu at these settings. Will it die faster? Is there going to be any chip degradation because of the speed/voltage I'm using?
I have a thermalright 120 ultra extreme with a Scythe S-flex 1600 fan.
Thanks

That is excellent temps. :)
Your chip should be just fine on that frequency/voltage. ;)

Thats the safest cpu I have seen for as long as I can remember. Im running my qx9650 at 20c more and almost 0.25 more volts lol

meaning that my cpu is not going to die suddenly because of the overclock?
