Im going to be building a rig in a few days and was wondering whats a better set up on a TRUE, Push or pull? I know I could do both, but for now, what would be better?

Depends on your setup ( Case + arrangement inside )
If you install the TRUE vertically and you've got a rear case fan on it's left, then push ( to create a "optimal" air flow ).

one thing I notice with push, if your room is dusty it'll build up very quickly on the dense fins

With a single high cfm Panaflow pull was 2~3oC cooler on my Q6600 @ 3.8GHz than push whilst benching outside a case.

Push pull was obviously better for 2 fans.

One would imagine that pull would be a better configuration, for the same reasons that it's ideal for radiators: It helps reduce the effect of the dead spot just behind (relative to airflow) the fan's hub.

I tried a number of different fans, (http://forum.abit-usa.com/showthread.php?t=123901) and found a general trend of Pull being better; testing was done on an open testing station.

For an enclosed case and most modern processors, I'd guess that performance would be dictated by the case design and ventilation, rather the small effect of push vs. pull.

Pull is what I have found to work out better... Only by a degree or two.
