p35-dq6 showing wrong time....help plzzzzzz

i am using gigabyte p35-dq6 motherboard with quad processor,but every time the system time is reseting and it is not showing correct time:( .......can anyone plz help me......

have you checked the battery on the mobo isn't empty?
