Can anyone from OCZ tell me how the 2G Reaper sticks (OCZ2RPX10004GK) work with the DFI LP LT X38-T2R board? DFI does not list any 2G modules on its compatibility chart, and I know that the X38 boards have been picky with memory. I'd like to order ASAP if you guys can let me know whether (and how well) the memory works.
Thanks.

Hi Mike,
Sorry, I have been on vacation.
Yes they are compatible and run very well.

No worries. Thanks for the reply.
As much as I wanted the extra cooling, I may bump to 8G at some point and don't want to be wedging the sticks in. So, I bought these instead: OCZ2P10004GK. They looked like the same sticks but without the heatpipe. Is that correct?

Correct.
