Hello

Guys I have Enermax 1000 Watts PSU.. I use it with the same pc for about 2 years...

Now I'm getting new hardware... I heard it lose power .. so does it still good ?

I used it on this spec for 2 year : E6600 / 965-DQ6 / 4 HD / 1950XTX / Audjy 2

So now I'm getting : 500 X 4 HD / Q9450 / 4 or 8 GB DDR2 800 / X48 / 8800GTS 512

so it still good or should I get new power supply ?

Thanks alot

I have had my old good 1000w psu like 3years now and it havent lost any power at least it still can keap up with my tri-sli system and never have failed so far.

So i guess your safe with your psu but if it fails 1 time, get new one because im shure it will fail soon again.

And check the volts from 12v and 5v rails with full load see if it still have good readings (like +-0.1 @ 12v rail).
