Help with Changeover Kit + Extra

First off let me apologize for being an utter newb...

I want to change out all my connectors on my PSU to UV Blue and UV Green and my PSU lists these as all the connectors:

1xMain(20+4pin)
1xATX12V/V2.2 & EPS12V(4+4p)
2xPCI-Express(6pin)
2xPCI-Express(6+2pin)
6xPeripheral Molex(4pin)
12xSATA(15pin)
1xGround Wire
2xPhysics Card(6pin)

Looking over some kits Im a touch confused and want to be sure Im getting the proper amount of what I need. I also want to get equal amount of both Red and Blue because Im not sure what colors I will want where until I start the build. Would anyone be so kind as to find links so that once I do start the process Im not ending up short on any connectors? Would appreciate it very much.

Note: Also what are all the tools l will require outside of a wire cutter... such as to remove pins?

You want to change out the connectors to UV blue and green? You want to sleeve the cables w/ UV sleeves?

Ok ya pretty much answered my question, except for this..

If I bought 1 Green and 1 Blue set, what extra connectors will I need... ie: i see the kit only comes with 1 PCI-E connector so I would need an extra one since the PSU has 2 of these connectors... any others?
