Modifying ATX PSU for electronics

I have a (relatively new) 450 watt ATX PSU lying about that came as a freebe with my CM 690 case, which I'm wanting to modify a bit. Basically I want to use it as a power supply for when I'm messing around with breadboards/prototype boards and making up electronics circuits.

Now I know that PC PSUs won't be stable unless they have at least some load on them, so I'm obviously going to need to put some sort of static load on it so that I'll get a fairly stable 12v, 5v and 3.3v lines (mainly the 12v).

But what lines to I need to put the load on? The spec sticker looks a little bit like what's attached to this post.

Now obviously the +12v rail is going to need a load, but does just one rail need it, or both? And I'm assuming around about 1A would be sufficient? That works out to be about an 8 Ohm resistor (or more likely 2x 16 Ohm resistors in parallel to take the power).
Do both the +3.3v and +5v rails need a load, or just one? Again, about 1A (which would be 3.3 Ohms on either rail)?

What about the +5vsb and -12v rails? Are they going to need a load on them too? I'm assuming I'd be wanting about 0.5A and about 0.1A respectively? Or would they be fine without any load on them?

I believe you just have to put load on the +12 volt rail. Don't quote me on this, however.

Ideally I'd like to know for sure, so I can get everything wired up in one go, rather than wiring up most of it, finding out I still need a load on the 3.3/5v line, and then have to pull things apart again :P

To pevent damage in the long therm you need a small load on the +3.3v, +5v and +12v lines, 1A per rail should be fine. I'm pretty sure the -12v and +5vsb don't need a load.

Am I going to need to load up both +12v rails? I can't tell if both rails are really separate or not from looking at the PCB.

The 12v rails are only split internally by diodes most likely (ie: there's really only 1) so you only need to load one.
