I'm a n00b and I'm not OC'ing at all, should I bother using this?
reason I'm asking is I'm finally taking my PC building more serious.
its not even my day job, just hobby, Photoshop and gaming.

I wanna make sure I have a stable system.

my specs:
XP PRO SP2
ABIT IP35 Pro v1.1 BIOS v16.B09
Intel C2D E8400
HDT-RS1283 CPU cooler
4GB Corsair CM2X2048-6400C5DHX 5-5-5-18 1.80V ver4.1/
Silverstone Zeus ST65ZF
CM Stacker 830SE---rec'd but still building.

and I if do, can I post it here for ppl to make suggestions?:hitself:

Advance thanks

If you aren't OCing, there is no point. You would only use it to test the stability of an OC.

Orthos and Prime95 use the same code to load the CPU, but Orthos does it in a slicker package. Just don't bother if your CPU is not overclocked.
