Hey, guys!
I've got a VGA Sapphire X800GTO AGP. I flashed its BIOS to an X800XL. Everything worked fine, but I flashed again for a reason (it's not important, why). It absolutely went wrong. This card in the past appeared as two adapters: #0 and #1, because it has 2 cores. First is the Rialto bridge, and second is GPU. After the flash there is no adapters visible.

Now I want to recover from the bad flash by making the BIOS chip loading defaults. Is detaching and attaching the high-voltage wire seems to be the correct method?
Or is there any other way to solve the problem?

Please help me!!!

if you flashed it , those are the defaults now. you need to put a pci card in and hook your monitor to it then boot to dos and force flash the x800 techpowerup has directions for fixing a bad flash. http://www.techpowerup.com/articles//overclocking/vidcard/34/1

page 12 has the recovery directions, I would recommend reading all of it though. good luck and keep us posted.

Thanx, jimmyz!
I'm afraid it won't be as easy as it seems.
I tried to be clear. I'll describe it again:
Flashing utilities shows that there is no adapter #0 and adapter #1 found in my system (I checked it with an old card in PCI slot).
So, when I try to flash the card, I always get an "adapter 1 not found" thing.
The origin of this error that I flashed the rialto bridge's adapter 0 as a GPU.
There was no adapter 1 found after this method. And then I flashed the adaper 0 again- with Wizzard's modded flashrom, to make it empty.
That's why I has no adapter.
