Voltage Drop?

Hi, my PSU is reading 11.25 with dips to 11.19 on the +12v.

My question is, Is this because im drawing too much from the PSU and it cant supply it (i.e i need a bigger PSU) or because the psu is dying and i need a new one?

this is readings from the bios i wont be able to get a Multimeter till tomorrow.

I got a Multimeter, but i also went ahead and bought a new psu. i ordered it around when i made the first post. anyway i tested the old psu in another computer, when i checked the voltages from the 20pin using the jumper trick everything was ok. but when i checked the voltages from a molex with the 20pin going through the mobo it read the voltages really low. i got 4v on the 5v and 10v on the +12v. the 3.3 i checked friom the 20pin connector was ok at 3.3.

i assume i :banana::banana::banana::banana:ed something up or the psu was dying. at any rate it was over 5 years old, and my computer is way more stable now. i ran orthos with large fft's for 6.5 hours straight while doing other tasks. it didnt crash or stop after 10 minutes like it used to do.
