3870X2 bios editor?

Hello there..

I have this card and at amd gpu clock tool when i put the mem Mhz above 1150 it says that i am at 11510 and crashes..

Is there any bios editor to edit the frequencies of the card..?

Or any add on for the tool to fix this bug?
