View Full Version : Multi braided 24pin PSU line..?
I seen a few photos of varying rigs and the 24pin line has like loads of wire all braided up as to the normal one bit of braidng.
Is there a PSU that comes as this or have people modded theres to this?
I'd like to do the same as i think it looks amazing but nit sure how manny wires to fit in each bit of brading.
Anyone got an idea what i am on about at all?
Pete

I'm pretty sure that those individuals have modded the cables themselves. The murderbox case was for surely done by owner. I think it looks sweet and more people should do it.

I found the one I was thinking of. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2752569&postcount=201
Major psu makers need to do this. it looks awesome.
i immediately thought of the murder box when you mentioned this. that is definately custom though. i don't think it matters how you do it. i've seen some braid ever cable, two cables at a time, 4 cables at a time. it all looks great.
Indeed the Murderbox was amazing and where i saw it first.

Is what i am on about.
I think 4 wires to one bit of sleaving is what works best.

It makes the 24-pin cable thicker and harder to route. It looks bad ass, but functionality = -5 on the score sheet.
