Will this make a GOOD cooling system? It is a 230v. 1hp R134a. Need a evp.block. what would be the best way to make a block.?? Thinking of pooling the freezon over the core??

See you live in the Mile High City. Therefore IMHO...... it
would be better to snag a 110V unit somewhere. Unless
you want to set up a 220V outlet somewhere in the
house or garage for this unit. Most homes in the U.S. only
have 220V outlets for the electric stove (cooking) or for
the clothes dryer in the utility room.
Would it make a GOOD cooling system? Certainly.... if you
basically stripped it down and saved the compressor and
the condensor. And then started from scratch to build
yourself a direct-die system. Have any tools or equipment?
A lot more involved than just taking an A/C and throwing
on an evap line or hose with an evap block attached to it.
An evap block? baker18 makes beauties.
I'm all for you going on with it.

I have the power in my Computer Room. Ok, I have made a basic water chiller. Would like to cool Cpu,Gpu,NB. with this unit. Will barker18 blocks work for all of these? Was think of pooling the freezon over the cores or would a maze block be better? :slobber:
