how important is the +3.3 line for OCing? [Archive]

mine currently is from 3.18(low)-3.29(high)... but usually around 3.23... what does this have an affect on... is it as important as the +5 line?

I believe the 3.3volt line suppies current to the Agp slot which wont help you GFX o/cing.
