Under full load, how many degrees (or %) lower with prometeia Mach II can one expect?

2 or 3 °C in my experience. The Mach II is not about colder temps.

i have tested them both on even heat loads that had no variance, and the 2 are almost the same as far as cooling goes.

yep 2 to 3c is about it.like JCviggen said....it isnt about colder temps

features and funtions is what a mach II is about;)

whats the diff between the two? is the head diff? like for prescott?

A little change in pressure (lower)
