OCZ to Silverstone

I am running an OCZ Game Extreme 700w PSU and I am looking at going with the Silverstone OP850 PSU, I saw that the Silverstone OP700W series of PSU's are listed as Tier 1 and in Tier 2, is it safe to assume the the OP850 would be ranked as a Tier 1/ Tier 2 PSU?

those silverstones are both high quality CWT or the silver stones if i remember right, so that should put them into the T1
