I'm wondering how this card performs. I mean usually we all know from the past that the ati cards were benching monsters, but didn't do that great in games...
I can get this card for around 350~ with employee Discount, Do you guys think its worth it?

Its currently the best card available as it beats the 8800Ultra in 99% of games and draws in the other 1%

Whats better, 2 X2's or 3 Ultra's ?...(Does the Ultra even have the extra bridge for 3-Way? )

It's a move in the right direction. Gives a great sign that the R700 will be outstanding. News is that the 200 series from NV isn't going to be die shrunk, so 700 will probably be either cooler or faster.
Nice job ATI/AMD :)

Most people are overlooking its min FPS problem....
Almost all review only shows average and/or max FPS, but a few sites showed min FPS, in alot of games, like an single HD3870. ATI even explained this issue, and didnt sound like it will, or can be fixed. It happens in the most graphically intense situations unfortunately....just when we need the extra horse power. IMO its very disapointing, i dont care for 300 max FPS if i have many dips to sub 30.
No bias here, just stating what i saw...and the 8800 series had better min FPS.

do it! that minimum frame problem seems to be a minor issue at most. the upgrade from an 88 Ultra won't be huge, but you can sell your Ultra and make a profit from your small upgrade.
just check the benchmarks for the games you like to play most to make sure your favorite games play well with CrossFire.

Yeah, no biggie. Just be sure the games you like the most arent affected by it. Take a look here, besides driverheaven:

I can get this card for around 350~ with employee Discount, Do you guys think its worth it?i think for 350 you can't do anything wrong with this card. but you might wanna consider waiting for the shorter version which we discussed here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=175277). it also has 6pin power connectors instead of 8-pin ones. the one from gecube (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2736651&postcount=14) looks really good imo.
on the other hand. you have a very fast clocked ultra already, so you probably won't gain a lot of speed.
