very strange issue here. using a Q6600 i can set a voltage but it just stays at the default setting wich is very very low a.2v??. i can enable or disable speed step in bios but as though its stuck on, as cpuz shows the core and multi fluctuating. ihad the issue on the orig bios so i flashed with the latest and still have the same problem???? any ideas?
