why does punkbusted constantly boot me for cod4?

i play cod4 for about 20mins...

rack up heaps of kills then get booted...

seriously is pissing me off!

keeps saying failed to update pb..

but i did what i was told to save the pb files into the pb folder and i still get booted?

If nothing helps, try reinstalling COD4. I've had it from time to time and so have my friends.

Reinstalls have always worked fine. Just make sure you select 'yes (EDIT: no)' on removing your settings during the uninstall or you'll lose your profile.

Use PB setup to install the updates manually.

Follow the steps on the page, and you should have to transfer some documents into one of PB's sub-folders.
