Gigabyte X38 Or P35 - DS4 OR DS4

Hey Folks :D

I want to get one of those mobos but I feel I want the X38 but I don't know the different!

So x38 or p35 OR DS4 or DS3 ????? Gigabyte is crap marketing company :) Tons of models and things..

the spec

*e6600 for now till I have money,,, hitting the new Q9450 I think
*4GB DDR2 800mhz... Timing I don't know but stock 5-5-5-18 I will use 4-4-4-12 and 2.0 volts for OC I think
*8800GT for long time I think
* X-Fi Sound Card
*1KW of power

so which one should be better ? and what the different ?

I never really bothered finding out but DS3 means 3 phase and DS4 is 4 phase??

P35 should be ok

but what Phase Doo !?!! mean it really worth more Phase for e6600 now and q9450 in future ?

the real Question here is

WHAT the Different between P965-DQ6 and X38-DQ6 ?

Also the X38-DQ6 and EX38-DS4 ?

Using E6600 now and Q9450 in future + 4GB ddr2 800 + 8800GT

Don't get the P35-DS4, it sucks. Every time I do a cold boot it kinda resets... so OC'ing with it isn't possible.
