Benchmark a partition only and not the entire hard drive?

If you just want a transfer rate graph, then WinBench 99 can do that. It will only test the partition you specify in the configuration. Also, you have to select the test manually, it normally doesn't run that test. You can save the graph to a file, probably BMP format but I don't remember.

It also has some other disk tests which simulate running some apps.
