I'm looking for something to clean my keyboard and various other dirty computer parts, but it looks like USB vacuums suck (figuratively). Are there some good options for this type of equipment?

It's funny, in almost every line of trade, there is a certain standard for what base knowledge the end user is supposed to have. When one is a chef, it is assumed that one knows a bit about which end of the knife to hold on to.
In the computer world however, this is not the case, as I discovered when researching watercooling a while ago, coming across that guide that described what a saw was.
What you are looking for is most likely a basic vacuum cleaner, I'm sure you have one in your house.
Almost all vacuum cleaners out there have a option to plug the hose into a second hole, which exhausts air instead of inhaling it, letting you blow air out instead of sucking it in.

Well the attachments are very large on my vacuum cleaner and also I'm a little concerned about the pressure being too low. Isn't it too powerful?
I didn't know they could provide positive pressure at all though.

If you're just cleaning your keyboard, then I'd suggest taking off all the keys, brushing the dirt out with a dry sponge, and finally blowing air onto it.
And yeah, most vacuumers can provide plenty of positive pressure too, just plug the hose into the exhaust hole. Do be warned though, most models are built to allow one to plug the hose into the exhaust, if it's not made for it, then don't budge it :p:

don't use a vacuum inside your computer. just use cans of compressed air.

I was going to post a thread about this topic.
