right now i have a Logitech Ultra-X keyboard with laptop style keys. i really like it too. it is just getting worn out and i also want to get a usb keyboard.
what other options are there for slim styled keyboards? There is an updated model of my keyboard but they really messed up on some of the key layout on it so i don't want that one..

Is this the same one you have or the updated model?
You could get the new apple keyboard, saw this one at best buy and was surprised by it:

Here are some more I found by looking up "laptop keyboard" on newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=40000063&Description=laptop%20keyboard&bop=And&CompareItemList=N82E16823110006%2CN82E16823173009% 2CN82E16823204010%2CN82E16823204011%2CN82E16823110 007%2CN82E16823110019%2CN82E16823202003

I know you got what you wanted, but I thought I'd let you know that some time a go, while searching for a replacement for my Zboard, I came across the Enermax aluminum series hairline keyboards.
They've put out a total of three to date, all of which are laptop style flat, and made of aluminum.

I use the new Apple wired keyboard and absolutely love it!
The only thing I'm missing is the print screen command.
But I haven't had the time to deal with it yet, I'm hoping it can be solved somehow...
