Same as Vista for gaming, it offers dual cpu support and a few features that are not ideal for anyone in particular.

Usually with Ultimate you get x64 install disk as well as x86. The x64 disk can use any serial to install x64 bit version. Yes, Vista home basic will load from thr x64 disk.

i have vista premium so far it works better than xp on my rig acer laptop with nvidia geforce 7000m amd turion 64 times 2 :ROTF: you can stop laughing now but most games seem to work pretty good on vista

The problem I had with Vista was I couldn't get CoD4 to run stable under it. I put XP x64 back on and ran fine. I know that littleowl had the op with Gear's of war on his. Guess you just never know :shrug:
