Need a little help with a P5K

I'm new to overclocking with an Intel chipset and was wondering if there was a guide to help me understand the P5K Premium bios settings. I would like to overclock my E6850 on air cooling . I 've noticed quite a bit of different settings compared to my old 680I mobo.Thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

generally run the 1:1 on FSB : DRAM

450x8 might be good starting point

You could probably read through eva2000's P5K Deluxe thread, as the Premium is mostly an improved Deluxe.
