bsod on windwos loading screen

hi guys ,today i rebuit my pc installing a waterblock on my northbock.but when i booted it up everything was fine until i reached the splash screen "loading windows" and then i get a bsod and it reboots i am unable to see the bsod as it only flashes for a second.i am able to entre safemode tho,i tryed doing a system restore with no avail,any way in safe mode i can fix this ?

i have tryed seeting bios to default,using only one ram stick,

any ideas ??

did adding the second block slow the water and now the cpu is running hotter?
