Are Micro ATX boards still kind of okaish or have they improved a lot more? I need something that is very good on the overclocking side for my Xeon 3060! The last 2 Micro ATX I owned were horrible at overclocking!

They have come-a-long way in regards to overclocking. There are various G33/G35 motherboards out there will overclock in a heartbeat. The Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R and Asus P5E-VM/HDMI are well known for overclocking very well.

pretty much all uATX boards come with on board graphics as well. This tends to limit the headroom on how fast the northbridge can run as it's physically on the same IC. As a general rule, if you want to overclock, don't look into anything that's smaller form factor.

There are some ATX form-factor boards that can't OC for p*ss compared to those two boards listed above. Both of the aforementioned boards are capable of 450+ FSB.
