Projector

I apologize if this is the wrong forum but, I am looking at buying a projector to setup a small home theater in the next month or so. I am clueless about projectors so I was wondering if anyone on the board had any experience with projectors and could recommend some decent ones or at least tell me what I should be looking for in a good projector? My budget is somewhere around $1000. Thx in advance for any help. :up:

your gonna wanna look for alot of the same things you look for in a tv such as resolution interfaces and what not
