Anyone else disappointed with the length of COD4?

COD2 was loooooong. COD4's gameplay and concept was a lot better and immersive. I found myself praying after I completed each objective that there was another one. Then I started to realize where the story was going and that the game was going to end soon.

The COD games seem to have a completely seperate gameplay than say games like HL2 or Crysis. Maybe because it's squad based as opposed to always being out on your own.

Just wanted to know if anyone thought it was extremely short?

agreed, i was gutted when it ended but it is a good game and im glad i bought it as the MP is fun.

Yeah, I've always been a fan of the COD serie, but COD4 just seemed to be way too short. The action was great (especially the sniper stuff, very cool), but I wanted more, more, MORE! :)

I hated that level untill I found out you should shoot him at the very start off the scene not wait till the chopper get's in the way and then moves away again.

Was the wind dead at that point. I waited until the very because the flag wasn't moving.

No it's not, you got to wait till he lays the suitcase down, the wind will keep twisting all the time but you can get off three shots and one will (almost) always hit if you keep the aim point 3 stripes left off the center.

I did say almost because I did have a couple off times that he got away, but I hate the fact that you just got to lay there waiting... waiste off time imho :up:

Ya it was a little short .. but the MP makes up for it imo.

They designed the game 20% SP and 80% MP, so it's understandable. Wait for some single player mods if they ever come out. Is COD4 even moddable? Maybe a SP extension if you're lucky.

Haven't played any MP yet... Might give it a shot...

I thought the visuals were pretty well done.
