Simple 9700 Pro question

Hi fellas,

Will upping the clocks on my 9700 Pro to 380/680 give me genuine 9800 Pro performance using the latest cat's (3.6)?

I've been reading so many on this subject, I got completely lost....

It would be close, but from my understanding along with the higher clockspeeds, the 9800 core also has some new optimizations.
