Hi Everybody,

As the title asks: How do I reverse the wind direction of an LED fan?

I tried reversing the wires--that didn't work.....

Any simple way to do it....?

TIA

Turn the fan around?

Blades are designed to work in one direction really...

there is an arrow on the fan that points which way the airflow is going, so, like vapor said, turn the fan around

I understand what You are both saying, but this is on a push/pull rad setup. So, if I just turn it around--I'll wind up with a push/push setup. Not Good.

Its not that big of a deal. The fans I want to reverse are on the inside of the case, but the stickers are what's showing. I would prefer to have it the other way around, so the stickers are hidden.

So, is there anyway to reverse the spin.....?

remove the sticker... If you must insist, modify the fan blade to face the opposite direction and change the polarity of the lead wires. or modify the housing so that the hold down arms are on the opposite end. whatever you decide on, it should make it look worse than just reversing the fans orientation...

I'd take the stickers off or put your own on...

Or turn all the fans around if it's that important.

There are no fans that pull through the frame, all push through the frame. And the blades really only work in one direction....turn them around and they'll be so inefficient that they wouldn't add any airflow in push/pull and just make a lot of excess noise.

Sorry, can't do that...the front fans are more important--Dual Turbines:

The Starting Point--Ugly:

I've found an initial solution. I'll spray paint the mesh with some Metalcast or something, "paint the center circuit board, sleeve the wiring that's showing, yada, yada, yada.....Here's the initial result:

My first time working with vinyl, so it didn't come out so great, but it works. The "Bracket" is an unneeded piece that came with the case initially. I just used a dremel to cut a couple side brackets off, etc.

Thanx for the Thoughts and Input Everybody!
