ok guys, ive decided to upgrade some of my gaming stuff, now for shooters and stuff i use my ath-a900s

the only time i really ever use speakers is when i have friends over, to play fifa and stuff, and in some games that positional sound doesnt really matter in.. i dont really know how to position 5.1 sound, but still maybe i should get it and try it for css w/ some speaker stands? i dont know...
im not sure how much money i want to spend if i decide to get 5.1 w/ speaker stands..

what are some 2.1 sets i should look at in the 100 dollars range? i may end up forking out for the klipsch promedia because i wont be buying speaker stands for a 2.1 set.. sound quality is important to me even while playing stuff like fifa, hell if i do go for the klipsch promedia i will be listening to music on them quite a bit.. also im going to college in a year and 200w seems great to blast a bit...
anything other then the klipsch i need to see?

edit: how loud is 32W, can i even hear them? lol

i think im really set on 2.1... but not sure what price range, gimme suggestions on whats good from all price ranges.. the sub quality is important to me...

definitely set on 2.1 as i cant think of why i would use speakers other then to blast music or play games with friends, and then i cant get hte back speakers around them anyways....

im also exploring buying a receiver and multiple speakers, but im a noob in this sense. this would allow me to pick a great sub... any links to how this kinda stuff works?

5.1 is always the best for gaming. Allows you to have full side and rear imaging.
Many new games are also mixed and mastered for 5.1. -They are hard to use some times becasue of the desk or the room setup..etc. I suggest 5.1's you would be happier.
