4ghz has been seen a few times. one of the 5000+ BE's did it, a few fx55's have done it, some fx57's, a 6400+ has and an opteron 156 has done it too. 4ghz is still special and this is one hell of an OC!

Pedro and Ricky done 4Ghz on FX55 about 3years ago. These times to reach 4Ghz with FX55 you must have very, very rare stepping, hard skill and cooling to fight with coldbug. These days every second x2 6400+ will do 4Ghz on chilled air.

I haven't seen an Opty 156 that can do 4ghz. However, me and Stephen both have Opty 154's that can do 4ghz. Maybe my 152 can do it as well, depends on the coldbug and how it scales with voltage.
4ghz isn't THAT hard on the AM2 CPUs I think. Plenty of results above 4 ghz with 6400+'s at least. But for s939, it's really a great OC ESPECIALLY if you don't use an FX57 (quite a few of them seem to hit 4ghz pretty easily if you have access to a cascade or LN2).
