Fixing those Maps to have fast respawn timers was a pain in the neck.

[cTx] XS Chicago Server with Fast Spawn ;)


I had to manual edit the maps code to get the Fast spawn, So Normally you would get a 15-20 sec respawn timer, with this, You get 3-6 sec respawn timer.
