Got a Question for the psu experts

Heres my question I've got a skynet sever psu that is wired to come on with an at style switch ,but it is an atx psu so the power good wire (green is not there but there is another wire other end 2nd position(purple on a standard atx) not there either what do i need to do to get an atx mobo to boot with this psu?

It's pin #9(purple ) that i think needs some mobo mod to make it work but i don't know if it just needs a gnd or voltage signal to start the system.
Board getting power ,ie all the fans come on 3.3 reads good on my multimeter as does 5v and 12v.
