I bought a MM T7 and I'm doing dual loops in it with an SLI rig, and there is little to no extra space in there. I need the smallest, most efficient PSU that is modular and >600w. I have tried searching a few forums including this one but I can't find dimension information on most PSUs.
I have a few in mind but I really need some advice from the community; the search hasn't turned up much in the way of pertinant info.
TIA

What's your depth restriction? < 5.5"? < 6"?

I've got 13 3/4" inside to play with.
I'm putting a MCR-220 in the place where the old PSU is supposed to go and relocating the PSU to the 3 1/2 bay upfront under the 5 1/4 bays.
Width and height are no problem, but the depth (length) of the PSU with the modular cables has to allow room for one Laing DDC3.2 pump in between the PSU and the Radiator. The Rad will be fitted with two Yate loon d12sh fans with no shroud.
The MCR220 with the fans is about 2.5" approx. and figure and additional 1/2" for wiggle room.
The Pump is roughly 3" x 4".
So with the cables, that gives me ROUGHLY 6-6 1/2" to play with. The more room the better as I will need the space for ventilation and cable/tubing management.

6 to 6.5" is HUGE! Most PSU's are only about 5.5 to 6" deep.

No it's really not. I just measured my Antec PSU with modular cables and it's past the 7" mark - hence my reason for replacing it. I really need something smaller then normal as there wont be much room for the tube routing as well.

What Antec are we talking about? A True Power Quattro? Well then, yes. THAT PSU is unusually long. :p:
Did I say ALL PSU's are 6" or under? No. I said MOST are 6" and under. ;)
For example, the HX620W that revogamer is suggesting is only about 6.5" deep. The FSP based units are very small too (OCZ, Zalman, etc.)
The problem with modular PSU's is that you need extra depth in the housing to accomodate the modular interface. So the same PSU that might be 5.5" or 6" with fixed cables may actually be 6" or 6.5" with a modular interface. To add insult to injury, the actual connector on the outside of the housing actually adds on another 1/3".
If you're really, really crammed for space, perhaps you should get a non-modular PSU and cut off and terminate the unused cables.
