ocz platinium pc3700 problem?

hey
I bought this ram on this forum from one guy
as 100% working :(

model: 2x512 PC3700 (PN: OCZ4661024ELDCPE-K)

when I put it on NF2 mobo (in single channel)
goldmemory software give errors @ 1% @ stock speed
on 2,7V errors after about 50%
the same situation i have on 2,8V and 2,9V

when I put it on on DFI NF4, PC didnt boot

RAM even on stock is so hot but friend tells me it's normal @ OCZ ram

any ideas what's going on ? :shrug:

Can I send it on RMA?

rams spd was 2,5-4-4-10
and not working

on 2-3-3-8 @ 2,9V works fine
