Hey Guys
I just wanted to share my results on my first Ln2 event

Setup:
Mobo: P5k Deluxe Bioīs 0703 @ Vcore/Mch/Pll mods
Cpu: Q6700/Qx6850
Mem: Cell Shock Pc 8000
Gfx: EAX800XL/2900Pro single
Psu: NorthQ 1KW Giant Reactor

Cooling:
Dragon F1 EXTREME Edition
Tek-9 on 2900Pro
Cold water on NB/SB and mosfet, Radiator out of the window

Iīve startet Friday then Air Liquide had delivered 50 Ln2. First i mounted Qx6850(xt0m has sent me:thumbs:) and a EAX800XL Gfx...LOL. Then it was time to put some Ln2 into the pot, At -120C i hit the power button and it bootet. I poured some more Ln2 into the pot, cold bug about -160 measured in the base on pot.
I started to raise Fsb and volt settings with multiplier 10, about 5Ghz it got unstable, over 1,8V on Cpu it couldn't boot. The best Sp1m i got was with 11*470=5180Mhz. Sp32m was impossible over 4800Mhz.
I decided to mount my Q6700, but it was almost the same. At 10*515=5150Mhz it was Sp1m stable but no Sp32m.
Iīm pretty sure that it is my mobo, it can not handle quad cpu over 500Fsb.
Then i mounted my SS on cpu and my 2900Pro with Tek-9 potīs, cold bug on 2900Pro was about -45C measured with ATItool  but it looks like 1049/981Mhz was possible with 1,4V on Gpu. One thing is for sure, that Gfx kicksass over 1000Mhz on Gpu
Now it was time for some real bench with Ln2 on cpu and Gfx:cheers:
3Dmark is maked with these settings
Cpu 10*480Mhz@1,75V
Mem: 2,45V
Pll: 1,80V
Mch: 1,75V

Nice clocks there! Don't the QX processors have a usable multiplier of 12x? I just finished testing my Q6600 and right now I'm walling at 520FSB, a 10x or 11x multiplier would be a godsend :D

Mucho credit to anyone using LN2 Just to get the rig built, then getting everything you need to do it right, you have to be EXTREME.... :pimp:

Plus does the equipment ever work right again:ROTF:

Great Job!

Hehe, 2*25L Dewar:)

Alright... :)
They're heavy, but not too heavy... but difficult to carry... I remember I spilled some LN2 on my cruch, boy was I scared, luckily, small amount, so vaporized instead of wetten my pants... Could have been dangerous... Imagine, no benching inharit in the future :ROTF:

Giraf, can you straighten one thing out for me, just read the new posts, and got quite confused... "my qx6850" posted by xt0m.
Is it his CPU, your CPU, or the teams...? If last, is that equal too his CPU? Im a bit confused, just trying to figure out if its the teams...?

... If so, why havent it been shipped to Ivan? He was cheated on a deal @ QX9650, so he's currently using a celeron... Would be appropriate too ship him the chip now wouldnt it? Or just me mistaken the entire concept...? Been quite some time since I heard of the concept, so might just be my bad memory...
