With the purchase of a third video card, all my PCI slots, as well as the PCI-E 1x, are going to be covered and I need to find an audio solution that will work. I am going to be purchasing this 'desk (http://www.thev1chair.com/visionmain/bluefront2a.jpg)' and need to find out what would work best, considering I need an external sound device for my PC.

Any suggestions? I've seen so many external soundcards from Creative, MUTU, M-Audio, etc., but I have no idea what is best. I won't be watching DVDs, I have my home theater for that, I mainly want great sound while I play games.

Thank you in advanced.

Are you sure you can't fit in a soundcard?

Not with three video cards, no. Here is an image -

Each card takes two slots, compare to the photo and you will see what I mean.
The top slot is the SupremeFX slot and not a PCI-E 1x.

Here is something I have come up with.

What if I were to use that sound card (or any external one) and then have it connect to the Creative DTS-610 which then connects to an A/V Receiver. It says "Experience interactive 3D gaming in your living room with a special real-time version of DTS encoding that offers the very best balance between performance and quality", which is all I am worried about, gaming.

Does that seem like a good solution? It seems to improve the quality on the fly, so I don't think using the sound card that came with my computer would be too bad if I use that setup.

Thanks again for the help. If you have any ideas, throw them at me.
