I just got my V2000 and the block on the castors that locks them spins freely because there is no bolt in there to tighten it. IDK if it is supposed to be like that but none of the included bolts look like they are big enough. Can anyone tell the size bolt that goes in there?

Try to slide the locking device into towards the case, that should lock it in.

It won't on mine. As the little spinning block attached to the axles spins freely. It's supposed to be stationary. The bolt that keeps it from spinning freely is missing. I need to know what size this bolt is. I had a spare 10-32 bolt that almost fits.

I would suspect it to be metric; try M5 standard thread.

#10 = .190" OD
M5 = .197" OD

Larger would be...

M6 = .236" OD
1/4" = .250" OD

I'll be working on one of those cases tomorrow morning. If you don't have a solution within the next day, I might be able to give you a better idea.

Can you provide a picture?

I had one more problem. The little angle bracket for the PSU for some reason wasn't positioned correctly so I had to drill out the rivets holding it in.

As for the castors here, you see the hole where the bolt is supposed to go into.

The screw is about 3/16" wide (5mm). It's weird that yours is missing. I took a pic for you.

Thanks, wow that is tiny. Hopefully I can find one that isn't too long.
