Want a upgrade from p965-ds3 r3.3

I want a upgrade from p965-ds3 r3.3 because I'm having so many problems with it. It's been a year and half and I keep getting random annoying issues. I was wondering what board you guys recommend?

P35-DS3R? I wouldn't let the company name ruin it for you, it's on a completely different chipset. Could also take a look at the IP35-Pro from Abit.

BTW what kind of problems are you having with your P965-DS3?
