Looking for new cooler

Heres what I just ordered

PC Power & Cooling 750 Silencer
GeForce 8800GTS 512
Intel Quad Q6600 2.4 Kentsfield
G.skill 4gb 2x2gb memory
DFI Lanparty UT P35 motherboard

Im looking for a good cooler for my cpu to maybe let me get up into the 3.0ghz range and keep it still reasonable. Also I hear that the 8800's run HOT. Any suggestions for coolers for these?

true 120 for the cpu and v2 + yate for the grafix
