I was wondering which PSU would work better for powering just the motherboard and video card. IE: 24pin ATX, 8pin and 6 pin PCI-X only.

or
Mushkin 550w (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=317&products_id=20492)
I already own both of these, so I just need to know which would be more stable, if there is any differance at all.
